Movie News : WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif.
Alley Cats, the first big-budget feature from the RandyBlue Presents line of gay adult titles, takes the cast and viewers even further back in time than the company’s previous nostalgia release, That 70s Gay R Movie. Set in 1953, Alley Cats embodies the studio’s tribute to film noir, which as a gay porn category is well on its way to “trend” status.
In the 1950s, open homosexuality was unheard of. Prowling the streets in search of sexual liaisons could get a guy locked up or killed. Into that milieu steps Johnny Malibu (Reese Rideout), looking for fun behind the Dragonfly nightclub. For a while, he finds exactly what he seeks.
Then Malibu’s luck runs out, and he’s fingered for a murder committed by the notorious Alley Cat Killer. He’ll need more than good looks and a hot body to get out of the jam. Then again, five-man prison scenes aren’t all that bad, after all.

New Gay lable Priape Chooses Model Contest Winner
LOS ANGELES—Jerrad V. Swodeck of Washington, DC, was named the winner of 10Percent.com’s “Priape Wear Search for the Face” model contest. He received a $1,500 clothing prize package and a modeling contract from Priape Wear. Swodeck, 26, obtained 422 votes on the 10Percent.com website.
Public voting was a key component in the process, the e-tailer said, and Swodeck’s 77-vote lead gave him an edge in the final round. The ultimate decision was made by Priape Wear.
“Thank you to all who helped choose me,” the new model said. “I truly appreciate it. I wanted to be a model for years, but growing up the ugly kid really didn’t help.”
The Priape Wear Search for The Face model contest began early this year. Contestants entered by submitting a photo and a completed questionnaire upon which voters were asked to make their decisions. Once the contestant enrollment period ended June 18, Priape Wear and 10Percent selected finalists, who advanced to the interactive round on June 26. Public voting ended Aug. 26. Priape Wear, founded in 1998, is a contemporary clothing label created to cater to open-minded young men with a thirst for fashion and uniqueness. The label’s product lines include T-shirts, jeans, shorts, underwear, swimwear and accessories. Recently, Priape Wear launched a subdivision called GBGB, a premium line of T-shirts and underwear geared to the high-end gay consumer. The line retails in almost 300 stores around the globe.

Dennis Van den Eijk is a top model from the Netherlands. It’s no surprise he’s a blond, tall, muscular, built and very handsome man.
Dennis has been on the cover of a magazines and in public advertisements. If there is something that can define Dennis, it’s how brutally honest and very sincere he can be about his ideas and life. He likes to “live life to the fullest,” and that is his quote and trade mark. Most guys, when thinking about a model are thinking about everything that is glamorous, but after seeing so many model “reality” TV shows you can find another meaning for “reality.”
This is Dennis, nothing more nothing less.
How did you start in the modeling business? Were you discovered, was it a coincidence or did you want to be a model? A good friend of me made some pictures and turned out to be pretty and I was asked personally to do a paid shoot for a paid job, then a another good pic was coming out of the shoot put that online and so I got a good portfolio and I started to pass some agencies and Tony Jones took me right away. I did a test shoot and that first real shoot with a very good photographer gave me my 2 best pictures ever.

CHICAGO—Appalled by the reported increase in new HIV infections, International Mr. Leather has taken a stand it hopes will help to curtail the spread of the disease. The leather-fetish organization no longer will allow vendors to promote so-called “bareback”—or condom-less—adult content at the events and competitions it hosts.
“…[A]fter considerable discussion, the executive committee of International Mr. Leather has decided that it will no longer allow participation in the IML Leather Market by any entity which promotes barebacking or distributes/sells any merchandise tending to promote or advocate barebacking,” IML President Chuck Renslow told vendors in a letter the organization emailed last week. “This restriction will also apply to distribution of gifts, postcards or any other information via our facilities. This policy takes effect immediately.”
IML Coordinator RJ clarified the new rule in a follow-up email to GAYVN.
“This applies only to barebacking videos,” he wrote. “We have a few companies who sell both. They will be welcome to sell their safe-sex videos. [The rule] applies more to the video than the company. The promotion of barebacking videos is what is prohibited.”

RESEDA, Calif. — Lesbian-content production company Girlfriends Films has signed India Summer, Prinzzess and veteran performer RayVeness to exclusive girl/girl contracts. These are the first contract signings for the company since its beginning in 2002.
"This was a natural progression for the further growth of our company," Girlfriends Films owner Dan O'Connell told XBIZ. "We’d thought about contract girls for a long time, and we had a lot of actresses who had approached us about being contract girls.
"Our productions have become more story-driven and dialogue-intensive, which means that we have come to rely more and more on good acting talent. India, Prinzzess and RayVeness all have great acting ability and can take on different characters," O'Connell said. "We have three big movie projects coming up in the last half of the year and each project relies heavily on the kinds of charisma and talents each of these girls has in such abundance, which also includes being at the top of their game in regard to sexual performance. These girls are just fabulous and I couldn’t chance losing their availability to us."
