ARTIST CALL OUT

Artist Call Out : Kaleidoscope LGBTQIA+ Exhibition 2025

Calling all queer artists for Kaleidoscope IV 2025, an LGBTQIA+ Exhibition brought to you by Belco Arts and supported by FUSE Magazine.
FUSE  |  Community

In its fourth year, Kaleidoscope IV is an open exhibition where LGBTQIA+ artists in Canberra and Australia-wide can express their experiences of queerness, sexuality, gender, and unique individuality through art.

We are inviting LGBTQIA+ artists in Canberra and throughout Australia, at any level of artistic experience to participate.

The LGBTQIA+ community is so much more than six colours, and everyone has their own ideas about what it means to be part of this diverse rainbow community.

Diversity and inclusion are not just values, they are the essence of this exhibition. They are the threads that connect, provoke dialogue, and create magic.

Kaleidoscope IV celebrates uniqueness, diversity of perspectives, lived experiences, and shared ambitions that our LGBTQIA+ community embodies.

We welcome contributions from all viewpoints in 2D or 3D, using painting, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, glass, photography, drawing or mix medium etc.

A huge thank you to James Collier, who did a fantastic job organising the exhibit, to Canberra Qwire for their amazing voices, and to Canberra Potters for their support.
Seeing so many people come along to the Kaleidoscope III opening at Belconnen Arts Centre was amazing. The exhibition is impressive and shows us just how much creative talent there is in the LGBTIQ+ community.
